About Yuqi…

Yuqi Luo (Yuchi) previously worked for a well known East Bay property management company, overseeing 700+ units including single & multifamily dwellings as well as 50+ units apartment buildings. He facilitated property owners and investors in renting out their units, prepared financial reports, solicited bids from vendors, and provided renovation and repair guidance for his clients.

Yuqi holds a financial accounting certificate from Harvard University, and he attended Santa Barbara City College where he obtained his degree in marketing.

Having a marketing background enables Yuqi to implement digital, email, social media and segmentation marketing to get the most exposure for his client's listings. Along with his sharp negotiation skills, his clients are always beyond satisfied with the results.

When working with buyers, Yuqi implements a "pressure-free" approach, while also providing consistent support. He understands and listens to his client's needs; he checks in regularly with his clients to ensure they are not getting burnout and provides accurate market updates based on data.
